Chris Curry decided, at a young age, that he wanted to make selling real estate a career.  Being raised in a large family (9 siblings) of salespeople, he learned to work hard at everything he did.

Less than one week after his 18th birthday in 1998, Chris passed the Florida State Realtor Exam, and became involved with a local real estate firm.  Three years later, he decided that he wanted to sell in two markets-Gainesville and Lake City, Florida. He joined Re/Max and has never looked back.

The Curry Team is a family ran business.  In 2002 his father, Jim, sister Joy, and brother Ben, joined forces to comprise what is now known as the “CURRY TEAM.”

Now at age 25 Chris feels like it just time to start to grow and has big plan in 2006 to continue to grow and provide better customer service to create RAVING FANS!

Lead Generation because of Craig Proctor Program:

  • Websites: Branded and Un-Branded are outstanding
  • Come from the position of plenty not just hanging on anything-example I was interviewing an AWESOME buyers agent and she was comparing me to 5 other teams in the market, they where promising like 3 leads a month to 3 leads a week.. I showed her the stack of 50 internet leads that came in over the week-end and said I don’t promise you 3 leads, I can do 3 appointments a week.. She joined me at a 20% lower split then the other team because of what my track record was and she knew she would sell more homes!
  • I hire on a buyers agent in October and she sold 12 homes in the first 2 months of the slow season! She left her daughter real estate company to come to work with me because of what type of leads that I had
  • Postcards-Awesome we send out 80K every month and have been trying different ones and now are generating lots of seller leads
  • Because it works in everything, we run a 800 number and a web address on every ad from the Classified ads to the Homes & Land
  • We generate 5 to 1 ratio in terms on leads to the websites versus the 800 numbers, does not mean the 800 buyers there are more serious
  • Generate around 1100 leads month hired on another part time call coordinator to call them back.

 Because of Craig Proctor System:

  • Have a team of 7 including myself sales agents in January
  • Only work with sellers and no buyers
  • Have 4 full time employees, and 3 part timers that work 30 hours a week
  • Grew from no team and selling 90 homes a year, to 250 homes in 2005 with a lot large net $$ figure to my self personally. My average price jumped from 80K to 200K causing me to MAKE a lot more money!
  • Because of netting more money I have purchased 10 properties with the net profit to me of $335K. Working on buying 16 more in the month of January, because of the cash flow that the real estate business allow me the bankers are willing to loan me the money
  • Grossed right at 1 million this year in %% comparable to 250K in 2003
